Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also check your order status in the My Orders section of your account. For further help, contact us with your order ID.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. To initiate a return, email us or call us with your order number and reason.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once we receive and verify the returned item. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes! We ship pan-India. Free shipping is available on orders above a minimum order value. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.
